Looks nice but has issues
The garter looks fine but could have been better the rhinestone center is plastic could have been better if it is shiny crystal like material and it is tight 18" is nearly its max. stretch and it is supposed to have wavy look and while your wearing it flips round and around like a rope cause the rubber band is inside it is like a tube cause it is not attached to the garter itself I will give it 2.. or max 3 out of 5
